Yaro has a great post over at Entrepreneurs Journey called The Top 10 Reasons You Must Blog for Business in 2006.
He touches on a lot of great points that I plan on focusing on with Problogging.com in the next few months. Blogging is a great way to promote your business and keep in touch with customers beyond technical support and service requests.
