Internet Professionals, Health and Weight Issues
I’ve long touted the importance of health for Internet professionals. And it’s really cool and exciting to see one of my good Internet friends, David Peralty, taking it upon himself to get fit. He’s gone so far as to start a blog dedicated to it called Blogging Weight.
Sometimes it helps to take a public stance. To write things down. To hold yourself accountable to others…. It’s motivating. So I’m excited to watch David pursue his journey. And I’ll be checking in with him on a daily basis to encourage him along the way.
