		<description>I agree with you both on this one.  While 10x monthly is not unreasonable, it does not take all factors into account, especially site growth.  I applaud your negotiation skills.  I&#039;ve been approached about one of my sites several times with unsolicited offers, but turned them all down when they refused to show me the money.  

Some people just get the 10x into their minds and won&#039;t waiver.

The buyer made a rock solid decision and you are happy. Talk about a succesful gamble. You&#039;ve now mastered the art of a good blog sale negotiation.
