<p>The interview brings up an important question&#8230;what&#8217;s the best way to monetize online?  Krug has a simple answer:  e-commerce, hands down.  If you&#8217;re looking for major upside, then go e-commerce.  Content is easiest, but if you&#8217;re in it for the long haul, you get much less financial reward on a per hour basis.</p>
