An Apology
I just wanted to apologize to those of you who took my recommendation to use Mosso and have had problems. A few things:
1. In the month of February, there was 1 week where I had problems creating new sites. This problem resolved itself fairly quickly.
2. A few of you pointed out long load times. I didn’t encounter this problem until today, and just now Mosso sent out a message acknowledging it as an issue. Sorry for denying the existence of a real problem. I just wasn’t seeing it at the time.
3. I plan to stick with Mosso because other than a few little quirks, they’ve been a good company to work with and my site has never been completely down.
So again, I apologize for any problems that some of you have encountered due to my recommendation, and subsequent denials that I may have made of a problem that turns out to be real.
