Paypal – Paypal has a “Request Money” feature that can serve as your invoices, but this feature is not as robust as actual invoicing applications.
Freshbooks – A free account isn’t as functional as the paid one but this invoice application outdoes most others. In addition, you’re allowed 25 active clients for a monthly fee.
LessAccounting – With a 30-day free trial, you’ll find that this app has the small business in mind. It has comprehensive accounting features that go beyond invoicing.
Intuit Billing Manager –This free service comes from the creators of Quickbooks. You have a small ad for Intuit’s Merchant Service in exchange for all the free stuff.
Invotrak – This doesn’t allow you to receive payments online, but it’s a free service that allows you to send invoices and keep track of them.
InvoiceJournal – Now this little baby can send and unlimited number of invoices to an unlimited number of clients for the low, low price of…zero dollars and zero cents!
Now that you have an idea of what the web has to offer, choose what best fits your preferences. With numerous services out there –many of which I’ve chosen to omit for lack of space –invoicing has never been easier.
