Oh yeah, I joined Yopos
I have been forgetting to mention this for…ever?
Recently (and by recently I mean I can’t remember when) Devin Reams and and Noah Kagan contacted me an asked me to join a new “network” of young professionals called “yopos.” Initially I thought “Man…another blog network.” I turned them down at first, mostly because I was busy and I didn’t want to commit to participating in a forum or anything else.
About a month later I was browsing some blogs and noticed a link to Yopos.com and went to see what they were up to.
Well, it looks pretty cool. They have some pretty well known bloggers and some very smart entrepreneurs on board. I emailed Devin (or maybe it was Noah? I don’t remember) and said “Hey Devin (or Noah), I think I want to join - you guys still interested in having me on board?” And they found a way to say yes.
So here I am. A member of Yopos. It’s not a blog network but it is a way for me to get in touch with some other young people who are smart and passionate about the web and doing, for lack of a better word, “cool stuff.”
We’ll see where it goes. In the meantime check out the Yopos website and visit some of the member’s personal sites.
