There is a great book by Seth Godin about this called "The Dip" In it he talks about our expectation for immediate results and what we need to do to navigate through the dry spell.

I have been in this situation quite a few times. It is hard to keep going, but getting a good target setting session in at the beginning and writing down the benefits of staying long term always re motivate me.

College Crunch looks brilliant by the way.

CC looks like a winner based on its slick design and quasi-serious tone geared towards college students. You can't go wrong aiming for the 18-24 demographic, except watch out for the endless competition.

Pretty clever ad placement on the front page especially. It makes me think it's part of the page, not just some annoying ad.
