Weekend Notes
A few cool things I was involved in this past week:
1. David over at the great eXtra For Every Publisher blog did a fantastic analysis of why my celeb blog, Celebrity Cowboy, might be getting penalized in the GOOG monster.
2. I breathe a sigh of relief now that the 2007 Performancing Awards have been announced (and are over). That was the sort of project that can create burn out for a whole year. Hopefully I’ll refresh this coming week;-)
3. I had a YouTube video get over 100,000 views in a single week. That was fun.
4. Got my first big check from a hands-off $25,000 investment I made last August. Diversified ownership is paying dividends.
5. PopCrunch got over 1 million pageviews last week. That’s always nice;-)
6. Performancing Services is getting jiggy with it. We’re looking at five figures per month, recurring…and we’ve only been around for a month. Not bad.
7. Five front page Diggs and 10 viral Stumbles - not bad for a week’s worth of work.
