Weight Off: Me and David Peralty are racing to lose 10 lbs
So my friend David Peralty is trying to lose a bunch of weight. I need to lose about 10-15 lbs to hit the ideal weight for my height.
So to motivate us both, I challenged him to a weight-off competition. The rules are simple. We weighed in at 2pm on March 17th. We’ll weigh ourselves every day at 2pm until one of us has dropped 10 lbs.
Doing this has been really good for me. In just one day, I’ve cut lots of junk out of my diet, lifted weights and gone running. I’ve also cut out all liquids but water. And you know what, my body feels really good.
