PageRank Update – January 10 2007

Haven’t seen this mentioned anywhere else, but I can confirm that all my new sites have been granted PageRank for the first time.

My initial reaction is that PR seems a bit diluted this time around (in other words, PR isn’t spreading as nicely as it has in the past).

Where do you check your page ranks? I’ve noticed changes and discrepancies on the majority of my Google Toolbar PageRank indicator .. but on every Page Rank checker site I have in my bookmarks – nothing seemed to have changed since October 2006.

Updates for PR has begun. Word is early April 07 – but that’s just the word….

PR is only good for entertainment purposes and link grabbers – it’s pretty useless for anything else, as it’s easily manipulated, just like Alexa rank.
